Only rabid pride fans still cling to the fedor is the best ever idea. There are several HW that surpassed Fedor already. But there is absolutely no way in hell you can put Fedor in front of Jon Jones as GOAT after what jon jones pulled off.

Yeah? but the question that I think ppl on this site didn't ask was "what would it take for a HW to surpass Fedor then?" and also I was trying to analyze why Fedor's 4 title fight wins in Pride and his 16 win streak in Zuffa HW history makes him the GOAT, to get to conclusion, what I said is that Fedor's 4 title fight wins are equal to a UFC fighter who has 2nd most title fight wins in UFC history (we know it's GSP who has 13 wins), but then again, so does it mean that Wandy is the MMA GOAT then for having most title fight wins in Pride of 5 wins? and would it mean that we can consider his 5 title fight wins in Pride equal to Jon's 15? like it wouldn't make sense.

And then again I argued that Stipe is the best, and that ppl who still say Fedor is the HW GOAT are like saying Barao is the BW GOAT over Cruz for an example, like, is it judged who winning streak or title fights? it's like, the funny thing is that the HW GOAT discussion in MMA is still to this day more controversial than the MMA GOAT discussion in itself, some ppl still to this day in this site argue it's Fedor but most ppl nowadays say it's Jon after his recent win, but for some ppl (like me) I always kinda considered Jon is the MMA GOAT (after his last title win at LHW) but his recent win was just him proving it again and again.

Of course I can, Fedor wasn't a roid cheat, same reason GSP will permanently be higher than Bones on the GOAT list. We don't know if GSP cheated or not. He did push for VADA testing for the Hendricks fight (whom he had ties with) but turned down WADA whom established USADA...the stricter current standard. He also greased in a major title fight. Same with Fedor...he is 6-6 in the US (where there is strict drug testing) and 34-1 in both Pride and Russia fights, where there was little to no drug testing.

I got to say Jones. He beat three different generations of fighters and then won the HW title. He also never lost and has the most title wins in the UFC. When he beats Stipe and retires, that should pretty much quiet any doubt. GSP cleaned out the division twice but Jones rarely had rematches. I think that is more impressive, going against a new challenger every time than someone you already beat. GSP would find an opponents weakness and exploit it where as Jones would beat people at their own strengths. Fedor would do that too but his strength of competition wasn't as good as GSP's or Jones'. Side note, its crazy to believe Jones has been on top for like 12 years now and is only 35. Dude has spent more time in jail than the gym in recent years and still smokes fools.

Well if you followed Fedor career we all know when he was officially out of him prime . His main Coach who was with Fedor practically his whole mma career stated when Fedor wasn't in his prime anymore. And it wasn't when he was losing.
