Actually you mean the plurality of fans. The majority of fans means over 50%, and he's been pretty steady at about 36% -- roughly a third. Which means 2/3 of voters (ie the majority) think someone else is the GOAT. No one is close to having the majority (ie more than half) of fans behind them. He's got about a third, Fedor and Jones about a quarter. And as you point out, these numbers have been very steady. Expecting a majority of fans to agree on this though is like expecting the majority of people to agree on their favorite flavor of ice-cream -- its way too subjective to get that kind of agreement. Having the plurality is still very good though.
