Look at my Join date. I followed this sport since Pride /UFC 40s The fact is there is a undisputed Goat and my opinion has non changed in years. It's Jon Jones. He crushed the best div in the UFC and has never lost. Jon Jones would beat any human that has existed under 230lbs. We might be able to go further he thar too.. Perfect fighter and at his Apex just unbeatable.

I seen the Fedora/GSP/BJs/Khabibs/Andersons but this guy is something different. PS Khabib is not as good as GSP and believe me one of the greatest most enjoyable fights was when he bear Connor. I being unbiased here.


I follow boxing as well. Francis is doing a boxing decision. He knows that Jon is a horrific match up for him. He will lose his money making capabilities when he gets make to look like a Mediocre fighter. So he ran to do Mickey mouse fights. Generally this would make me upset but we know the winner. Jones in the real champ. They offered Francis enogh and be bailed. Reminds me Fedor with M1 Global. Missed out on all time HW fights due to him going to Stirkeforce. Cain Carwin and Leaner...

Prime Fedor couldn't handle Werdum. Fedor is an illusion. All he did was beat the best of pride in Crocop and Nog and those guys were mid tier in the UFC. Jones would embarrass prime Fedor.

Most of us really wanted to see what the layoff did to Jones. It did nothing and in the end his move to heavyweight likely proves very beneficial to his career. As things happen, more recent fans of the sport and some grumpy old timers don't want to acknowledge how good he really is. Every champ has moments of trouble in their career and his last few fights at LHW are constant "see I told you he isn't that good". If Khabib had hung around long enough he to would have "iffy" fights. Jon was champ at 23, twenty freaking three! Lack of motivation and some laziness were bound to occur. Jones carried that crown far longer than most and heavy is the head. I wish Jon could be a better person but I'm discussing only his fighting prowess.

Take away that 1 time he cheated by using illegal PEDs, you have UFC 200. He was kicked off the card for illegal PED usage.

Then you have that third time he was caught cheating and they had to move the card to another state because of it. Then you have his loss to Hamill for illegal strikes.

So if you take away those four times he was caught cheating to the point that action had to be taken. Plus all the illegal strikes they did nothing about.
