Fedor also got knocked out by someone officially 16 lbs lighter. Yikes.
By a man who was defeated by Jake Shields.

What a sad, pathetic son of a *****.You sound frustrated. Anderson is getting wrecked in this poll for good reason. Double digit losses, numerous PED failures, weak division etc

Can we get an ip ban here asap mods?
An ass kicking after that, as well.
Anderson only had 4 losses in his first 36 fights and before he was 38 years old. One of those losses was DQ from an upkick which KO'ed Okami. 32-4 is an amazing record to anyone who is not a keyboard warrior. But you can be GOAT by roiding and having double digit losses

You are bringing up Anderson's 6 losses after he turned 38 years old and had around 40 fights.
Your hero GSP retired at 32 and only had 1 more fight at age 36. Why does Anderson's losses at 40+ years of age get held against him when most fighters like GSP wouldn't even dare to try to fight at that age?
Is that worse than tapping to strikes to a much smaller Serra?Fedor also got knocked out by someone officially 16 lbs lighter. Yikes.
Except Serra weighed the same as GSP (169.5) and wasn't 40 years old. GSP also avenged the loss.Is that worse than tapping to strikes to a much smaller Serra?
Hendo is a top 5 or at worst top 10 fighter of all time. He also hits like a truck, is known for punching power and has dropped other HWs besides Fedor.
You are so hung up on a couple losses and I will show you how ridiculous that is.Making excuses for Anderson again.
Anderson lost to 2 midget Japanese cans in his LATE 20’s where fighters are usually in their primes. One of those cans had a 4-7 record.
GSP has 2 losses in his entire career and isn’t a confirmed PED cheat like your hero
You say Hendo was 40 but he was also on legal TRT at the time. Hendo is one of the greatest fighters ever and arguably the single greatest power puncher in MMA history. He is not unbeatable but he has the power to put anyone's lights out.Except Serra weighed the same as GSP (169.5) and wasn't 40 years old. GSP also avenged the loss.
Not to mention Fedor's 4-5 record with PED testing in the cage (and being favored in 7 of those fights). Ouch.
Fedor weighed in at 223. Hendo weighed in at 207.You say Hendo was 40 but he was also on legal TRT at the time. Hendo is one of the greatest fighters ever and arguably the single greatest power puncher in MMA history. He is not unbeatable but he has the power to put anyone's lights out.
He is 100x more accomplished fighter than Serra. It's not even close. GSP weighed the same because it was a 170 fight. We don't know what they weighed on fight night. We have seen Serra weigh in at 154 for lightweight fights. Fedor was not any bigger than Hendo than GSP was bigger than Serra.
Everybody loses if you fight enough. No shame in GSP losing to Serra but shame on you for thinking that Fedor's loss to Hendo is worse.
Yes. Fedor even said he tried to lose a little weight to make it more fair for Hendo. That was the smallest Fedor we have ever seen. GSP and Serra didn't weigh 170 on fight night, did they? What did they weigh on fight night? We don't know. I am sure Serra bulked up as much as he could for a welterweight fight. We have seen him fight at lightweight before. He is definitely smaller than GSP. GSP probably couldn't make 155 back then.Fedor weighed in at 223. Hendo weighed in at 207.
And Hendo's power apparently wasn't enough for Jake Shields.
What does that have to do with the fact that Fedor officially had a 16 lb weight advantage and still got finished by a 40 year old?Yes. Regardless, on any level...
Hendo>Serra
Hendo is 1000000x better. We can at least agree on this, right?
And yet you keep bringing up GSP's loss which was early in his career. You are so hung up on a couple losses and I will show you how ridiculous that is.
So Anderson had a 32-4 record and GSP has a 26-2 record. Those are somewhat similar records. GSP would have to win 6 out of his next 8 to match that. You probably think he would go 7-1 or 8-0, and even if he did, that would still be very similar ball park to Anderson's record at around 36 fights. It's especially stupid when you bring up Anderson's losses past age 38 (and 40 fight career) when GSP never fought at that age.
Sure, he also lost to Azeredo, Takase and Chonan just like GSP lost to Serra and Hughes. Everybody loses. That's how you learn. They both improved and went on their greatest runs after that. Anderson switched teams, earned his BJJ black belt from the Nog bros, and broke a bunch of UFC records. He actually has more title defenses and more title fight finishes than GSP. When you look at their primes and title reigns, Anderson is superior. It doesn't matter to me that Anderson had a few losses early in his career, those losses made him better and he went on to have a better title reign than GSP or any other UFC champion.
