Sorry guys, I didn't read all the replies I got from my posts yesterday and today, but I do appreciate them. Jussie just isn't that high on my care o meter. The dudes a dumbass and like I said before, the celebrities, elites, and rich of the world get away with murder. Would be nice if they all got what they deserved and justice was served, but when it comes to it this guys like the bottom of the barrel of em. Take care!

No we all knew it was going to be a wrist slap. But I assumed a plea bargain. To just drop all charges with a fraudulent explanation and then seal and expunge the case + order the cops not to talk about it is just directly and openly pissing all over Chicago. Which, I gather, Chicago may be into.

I understand all that. I just didn't think he was gonna get any crazy years long sentence or anything. Which people seem to imply should have happened.

It's the prosecutor’s summary of what happened, this is from when they were actually going after him. They had plenty of proof, basically a perfect case.

TLDR

• Juicy frequently bought drugs from one of the bros
• Sounds like they used to fuck (this is my interpretation)
• The FBI has the letter he received (sent???) on Jan 22nd, and is doing forensic analysis.
• He was angry nobody seemed to care about the fake letter
• On Jan 25th he asked the bros to attack him
• On Jan 27th he showed them where it was suppose to happen
• Videos of him driving them around the area of the attack LMAO
• He asked them not to hurt him and to make it look like he was fighting back (he believed the cameras would catch the attack)
• He called them twice before the attack happened (1st to let them know he was running late, and later to tell them the new time) LMAO
• There was a witness to the attack, a NBC News employee, she said there was no shouting, no MAGA country, no cursing. Nothing!
• The police was notified of the attack only after the bros had returned home (video surveillance confirms this)
• Less than 18 hours after the attack Juicy called them
• A few days later he called them again
• Bros were detained by US Customs, they were returning from their previously booked trip to Nigeria. Scared shitless they decided to talk.

I'm speechless!

I doubt they would. They'd get the "Uncle Tom" or "Coon" treatment that Steve Harvey and Kanye West got when they met with Trump. It appears to me that they will support Jussie doubling down on his stupid story. We are literally watching a racist being rewarded for his racism and being protected by Harris, Booker, and the Obamas. Unbelievable.

Absolutely. In order to successfully sue the police you would have to prove that they willfully made an unlawful arrest. There is more than enough probable cause in this case. It’s just his attorney blowing smoke.

Its not Jussie himself, its what his getting a pass says about our society. I think its a pretty big deal. I honestly had never heard of the guy before this and would be fine if I never did again. But the idea that people are gleefully celebrating a guy getting away with a hoax like this, one that could have had 100 horrible outcomes if not exposed, marks a pretty dark day in our history.

For people complaining that there is such a big thread about this, look if you're gonna say that this isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things then yes of course you're right. But if you can't understand why this story is so fascinating to so many people, man I don't know what to tell you but I guess you haven't been following it from the beginning. It's had so many twists and turns and I've never seen Empire but I can't imagine them having a season with this much drama. And it's not over yet.

But I don't like seeing the CPD and Emmanuel being treated like angels because of all this. They might not be the bad guys in this particular situation but they're a bunch of sleazy scumbags. They get away with much worse stuff and I'm sure so does this prosecutor's office and the Chicago Democrat machine which as I understand is notoriously swampy - it just isn't always as blatant in such a high profile event like this. Hopefully if anything good comes out of this (besides our entertainment) it's that people in Chicago will start demanding better from their representatives, as we all should.

Like I've said countless times itt already, people like him ( rich, elite, celebrities etc) have been getting passes for a loooonnnggg time. This is nothing new. Poor get the shaft non stop. There is worse going on then him, especially in Chicago where people are murdered like crazy.
