Smollett has none of those features. As a matter of fact, the first thing he did when his charges were dropped was to claim innocence, talk shit to the police, and throw his friends he hired to attack him under the bus.

To just drop all charges with a fraudulent explanation and then seal and expunge the case + order the cops not to talk about it is just directly and openly pissing all over Chicago.
