I know someone who has been put in the hospital twice by his GF, and put a whuppin on her at least once, smashed up their shared house, kicked her ass in front of her kids (and seriously, try to tell me they didn’t get involved) they got 2 days in jail and told to cool their jets and not get into trouble again.

Why do we have rules/laws when people are never punished for breaking them?

Many on here called the ending of this case as well. When have we ever seen a celebrity go down for something, aside from Wesley Snipes?

They are not even saying that Jussie Smollett didn't do this. They are saying he was already punished with community service. And it was the Nigerian brothers regardless. Yet much of the progressive media and Black Twitter are now again pretending that the attack was real and he was framed by police. That's the mentality being pandered to here.

I'm not very surprised. As a crime it's not a huge deal and unless they have something like texts from him tell them to do this it's not really worth wasting man power on an investigation and trial. This was always more of a PR deal. He's done for and everyone knows what he did.

So hold on for a minute.......
All charges are dropped for smollett, yet he has to leave his bond of 10,000 with the city and they mention his good work in the community............ but surely if he is innocent then the community work should not come into it and he should get his bond back.
Also the two idiots that he hired to "beat" him up said he was guilty............ so are we going to see the book being thrown at them seeing as smollett being found innocent makes them out to be liars.

This decision not to prosecute him proves that the allegations against him were a hoax and that the criminal complaints he made were real.

I hope that we can now begin to trace the origins of these charges against him and prosecute those who conspired to concoct them.
