This decision not to prosecute him proves that the allegations against him were a hoax and that the criminal complaints he made were real.

I hope that we can now begin to trace the origins of these charges against him and prosecute those who conspired to concoct them.

When cases like this fall apart, it usually means they find out a key witness lied about something. The key witnesses here were those Nigerian guys.

We already know about them buying the ropes and masks, and that they were in the vicinity of the fake attack. Cops tracked them on video from the scene back to their apartment. There was a ton of evidence so I hear. Jussie is pretty clearly guilty if those reports are true. So what could be wrong with the Nigerians’ testimony? And if nothing’s wrong, why drop the case?
