Lmao, "confirms", like he wasn't biased. Of course he's going to say he wasn't out!

With that said I feel like the fight could've continued for a few more seconds
 
He was moving and defending himself, the footage is there to see, anyone saying he was unconscious is an absolute clown or troll.

And yeah it’s a little weird that the ref steps in as he’s about to grab a leg and get back up or grapple, not when he first goes down and eats a few shots. If the fight was over because of those shots why wait for Aljo to start to stand back up to stop it? Answer: Because the refs serve the UFCs agenda and Sean winning was the script. They tried to let him get a proper flatline KO and when Aljo wasn’t going out like that, they stopped it before he had a chance to recover.

whether that would’ve changed the final outcome I can’t say, but you have to admit it’s fishy when every single cog in the machine from the commentary to the ref to the judges to the marketing team is working in O’Malley’s favor and against his opponent.
 
So the D1 wrestler now excuses himself for being in a position to get knocked out?
 
He wasn't out, I don't know how anyone seeing it could claim otherwise.

He probably wasn't going to recover but ref should've given him a bit more of a chance. Early stoppage.
 
I would've been ok if the ref stopped the fight sooner when O'Malley was landing on Aljo but I didn't agree with the actual stoppage of the fight. Aljo had literally just gotten back to his knees and was going to stand up.

I like Sean but its true..I mean its 135...if someone throws those fists it probably does not have too much power for me to worry about so at lest give the dude a chance...but sterling looked defeated too...so IDK...but IMO...if it went longer...Sean would have only done something more...? no or yes? Sterling looked like he was only going to get worse? ...or maybe he would have held out? ....I go with it looking worse but at 135 ...I agree..ref..was acting like brain damage was around the corner...I dont think so...but that punch said it all...I mean...Sean was only dominating after that imo

You don’t think a pro fighter”s power is anything to worry about ? Especially a guy known for flatlining dudes ? He doesn’t really weigh 135 by way felt for 5 min on scale . Everybody weight cheats . Have you ever sparred ?

Sterling is pretty damn athletic. That’s not his problem, it’s that he does and says shit that make people hate him. Which is fine if you’re interesting or entertaining but he isn’t…
 
It was a tad bit early but it wasn't a bad stoppage. You have to take into considiration that aljo face planted before getting blasted so that was back of the refs mind too.

I don't agree with faking and winning a ufc belt. A ref can't tell of he's faking or injured.

Rolling around getting beat to death defending hammer fists with your face doesn't equate to intelligently defending himself.

Great stoppage. Back to the preliminary stages for Aljo

He ate like 20 shots and rolled away. He faked for a dq title win. I hope this is a lesson to others who fake

Turning your back while being punched in the face is effectively tapping in the eyes of a ref.
