You don’t think a pro fighter”s power is anything to worry about ? Especially a guy known for flatlining dudes ? He doesn’t really weigh 135 by way felt for 5 min on scale . Everybody weight cheats . Have you ever sparred ?I like Sean but its true..I mean its 135...if someone throws those fists it probably does not have too much power for me to worry about so at lest give the dude a chance...but sterling looked defeated too...so IDK...but IMO...if it went longer...Sean would have only done something more...? no or yes? Sterling looked like he was only going to get worse? ...or maybe he would have held out? ....I go with it looking worse but at 135 ...I agree..ref..was acting like brain damage was around the corner...I dont think so...but that punch said it all...I mean...Sean was only dominating after that imo
What a good chance it was considering the damage Sterling was taking. It was quite clear that the referee had orders to stop the fight in Malley's favor first chance he got.
I used to want to root for Sterling but as he's an unauthentic clown (who somewhat redeemed himself with his speech post-fight) it was very hard. This makes it harder once again.
Also, seeing as this is a @D 1 Wrestler thread:

Not a terrible stoppage but a bit early imo. He was in big trouble but still trying to improve position. I can understand why he doesn't agree with the ref's call.
But probably better long term. There's a high chance he would've been knocked out cold.
Considering some of the stoppages I’ve seen people complain about, it’s kind of funny many are acting like it’s a perfect stoppage. Now, it’s not an egregious stoppage, but I found the timing of it to be odd. Stopping it earlier would have seemed better but stepping in when he goes to his hands and knees, which was a changing of positions and into one where he potentially could have gotten up was better than laying on his back eating shots like he was prior.
I just feel like the one major thing you want to see out of a guy that’s hurt is they don’t stop moving, which he didn’t. He didn’t just cover up, he kept trying to kick away and kept trying to get his legs between them. Again, not the worst stoppage but I find it surprising so many are adamant it wasn’t remotely questionable given the complaints I’ve seen over the years.
Who’s in your avatar? Asking for my friend Palmala. You gotta give Sean credit for not kneeing or kicking a downed opponent in the head like the low iq Yan did. Gotta give Sean props for beating Aljo legitimately without cheating like Yan did when he got dq'd.
Not sure. Someone mentioned her name one time and unless there were nudes out this was her best pic by far.Who’s in your avatar? Asking for my friend Palmala.
