• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.

Opinion AI robots could trigger universal basic income (UBI) → Governments shouldpay people a fixed amount to live ?

I thought you said you got it? If you can't see the difference I don't know what to tell you. I already explained what the difference was.
The issue we have is you are not smart. You say 'it looks clumsy' when the arms we are talking can do micro brain surgery, which is hint one about your brain power, and then you cannot see when you are being mocked, which is hint two.

No you did not explain difference that matters. You showed your ignorance. <lmao>

How could a stationary arm climb a ladder? It's stationary.

Please start thinking critically.

Top Applications for New Robotic Technology in Plumbing System Installation and Repairs.

Plumbing installation and repairs have always required the highest level of precision for best results. Recent technological improvements have greatly improved how precise plumbers can be. One of the latest advancements is the use of new robotic technology in plumbing system installations.

These machines perform work at a level of accuracy and efficiency that humans can't match. They've greatly streamlined the process for professionals in the industry, allowing humans to focus on other tasks. In addition to greater precision, these machines save contractors time and money. They can also handle dangerous environments without putting human workers at risk.

Introduction to Robotics in Plumbing

New robotic technology for plumbing system installations uses advanced machines to automate some or all of the work involved in installation and repairs. They accomplish this using advanced sensor technologies, often driven by even more advanced AI systems. As you can imagine, these tools bring a number of advantages:

  • Increased productivity
  • Reduced costs
  • Minimized errors
  • Enhanced safety protocols

As a result, plumbing projects now achieve higher-quality results and greater client satisfaction.

Robotics Adoption in Plumbing

The adoption of robotics in plumbing began with simple automated tools in the early 2000s. Since then, they've evolved significantly. Initially, these robots focused on basic tasks, such as inspecting pipes or detecting leaks. When robotic crawlers were developed, they were able to expand their inspection capabilities. Advanced AI brought greater precision for diagnostics and repairs. Today, new robotic technology in plumbing system installations is indispensable in the industry, used widely to streamline complex tasks, reduce human error, and ensure the highest safety standards....

Are you even reading the things you are posting?

How could a stationary arm climb a ladder? It's stationary.

haha are you trolling or are you actually this stupid.

I already told you they can attach the arm to robots that climb ladders and stairs. I provided a gif of that of robot. They also attach the arm to the Space Shuttle, to the Space Station and Rovers.

How dumb does a person have to be to think a robotic arm has to remain stationary and cannot be attached to moving robots?

<lmao>

Yes they are already doing plumbing, in many areas and your position was 'you did not think robots would ever be able to do any plumbing'.

So checkmate, you are stupid.

You provided clumsy looking robots that look like they would be stuck on their backs if they fell over. They sure look cool when you take 1000 takes of them doing things though.

No they aren't. They are being used as tools to help plumbers. Again you aren't even reading the links you posted

And the links mention construction not plumbing. Troll harder

If you are a stupid person maybe.

What i showed was robot who could easily climb stairs and ladders when you said they could not.

Then you commented it had no arms as you do not know it can be attached.

you are making an imaginary voltron version of these robots that doesn't exist yet. You also confused plumbing with construction.

"Developing"

Please go back to school and relearn reading comprehension.
Right and you comment was they would not be able to do it. Meaning future based. Be less stupid.

The Rise of Plumbing Robots

Robotics is an ever-changing field, with new applications every day. From healthcare to military uses, did you know that there is a rise in the use of plumbing robots? From a pipe worm that will slink through city sewers collecting information, to plumbing robots that go into unsafe situations and fix the issue. Many companies are coming up with new helpful robots. Some help plumbers work more efficiently and some can do basic plumbing tasks, like clearing pipes of their clogs. ...

Doubt I'll see it in my lifetime, but I think it's inevitable, so they better have at least an idea of a plan for when the robots start taking all the jobs.

It could be a magical utopia where we just get live our lives how we choose, and let the robots do all the work. Something tells me that that's now how it's gonna go down though.

I said I can't see them doing it any time soon. Still don't

And yet they are as i have cited above. Lots of plumbing jobs within that field already being done.

lol please read again. Only thing that can seek to do without any real help from humans is pipe inspecting and uncloggong. The latter just making it a very expensive snake.

I wish you could see how hard I'm laughing at how ridiculous this is.

I mentioned up thread that it won't happen out of good will but if there is a massive fall off of the middle and lower class income, then the corporate overlords of AI getting uber rich might understand the need for some form of UBI because if purchasing collapses then they lose too.

But they would fight it to the end and their own business collapse would have to be staring them in the face.
