Sup?

You know that video had thousands of views and comments I think Facebook deleted it though.
So you already completed the twerk challenge ? Good boy.

I mean I don't feel threatened by you having whatever athletic feats. I can't ball. I can play soccer and ping pong. I'm also a shit swimmer. Bad runner. I am strong and decent at combat sports. My gym cardio is solid. In combat sports you get to rest between action. I am a total shit runner. I would like to try american football, but risking a broken knee would suck. Footbal is probably super dangerous ? Is just practice dangerous already ?

I'm easily a shit basketball player who can't score alone in front of the net. I played more basketball at boxing practice for a warm up. No rules basketball. I still can't score. Plus my finger issues. Hell no. I'm good at Dota 2 which isn't a sport. Only sport I'm competitive at is fighting. Always amongst last picked in soccer, not technical neither great cardio. Solid goalie though (goalkeeper).

I just can punch you in the face well 😆😉

I mean I'm not naturaly agressive but it's the only sport I tried and went to specific gyms.

Trained some ping pong and 4 months handball as kid.

Soccer just being from europe we all play it growing up.

Barely ever basketball.

Learned to swim at 16. Still got the worst swimming abilities.

Did lift weights at 16. But not beyond decent at the moment. Being good takes a lot of time. A lot of work.

And I'm faaaaaaat 🐽🐽🐽🐽

You missed the casual 5 min miles a few pages back. Just on a whim of course. So we better add:

We might have seen the greatest athlete ever if he just wanted to try at any point.
I ran 5:15 on concrete when I was playing basketball. Silly thing to do during a season but yes I did. I don’t know where you are getting this greatest athlete thing from either. When did I say that?

I did a test with my boxing coach back than before I got semi old aka when I was around 20. So we did a test, runing circles at the soccer stadium, 1 circle is 400 meters I think, I fucking quit half way trough what we were supposed to run cause my shins fucking hurt so bad. Like the meat just felt grinded. Trainer was disapointed and offered no sympathy.

Perhaps those reddit kids who do these nus bar surgeries aren't entirely crazy, my chest genetics might hurt my cardio. Pectus excavatum. These kids nowadays just go to a doc who breaks their chest bones clean and inserts metal rods to make it grow straight. Some get collapsed lungs in the process. Fuck that I'll gladly be uglier than them. Perhaps they are right and it affects cardio. I suspect I got naturaly less cardio.

I saw it on that webpage. It clearly said your name Eric. You landed 4 home runs in one game, like Al Bundy. Or was that Homer.

Bruh how often do I need to mention writing techniques of the humble karate practicioner ?

You need to mention that one time you shit your pants at a game and everyone laughed at you. You can't just point out good stuff.

Unless you are like Vitor and got no known weaknesses.

1600 meters in 5 minutes ? If my memory serves me any good, 400 metters under 2 minutes was considered good for us. Probably for 10 rounds x 400 meters though. So 4km in a circle at a soccer stadium. 1600 metters in minutes ? Let me google if that is realistic, are those maybe pro runner numbers ?

Google say elite Marathon runners do a mile in 4-5 minutes. Ok that's marathon. Still I never ever could do 5 minute mile my phisical prime ever even remotely close. Eric did you really meassure it and it was 5 minutes ?

Yes it was tested. I would really like to be able to do it again.

Eric I wanna troll you right now with a picture of you I got from the net. Would you like getting trolled ? I'm not gonna do it if you don't agree

Your numbers are way off. I'm 40+ and my brisk jogging pace (easy to maintain for 3+ miles) is around an 8 minute mile. I run a 6 1/2 minute mile still at this age without training for it. The run is just my warmup before lifting. No matter how you slice it though, anything in the low to mid 5 minutes is pretty damn fast and would be unusual for someone who doesn't train for it.

Yeah I surely entirely forgot the numbers. It was almost 20 years ago and I'm not much into runing. Maybe it was 1 minute 20 seconds. Which would end up being 5 minutes 20 seconds for a mile. I don't remember at all. My head says 2 something. But 4 km is also way longer than 1 mile. Never gonna remember, too long ago.

I’m not sure how it’s hard to believe that a relatively slow twitch guy that plays and practices sports all day and weighs 155-60 soaking wet can’t run a 5:15 mile? It’s not that impressive at all.

I didn’t know how to train 25 years ago I simply just played whatever I was involved with at the time. I also ran a cross country race and many track events in my youth.

People back then wanted me dead to much like most of you guys.

Aren’t you a slightly larger guy? I don’t think you realize how slinder and tiny I am especially in an untrained state. For me to even be competitive in most sports required a monumental/herculean effort.

But yea 6 1/2 mile is pretty good for you. I just got a a C2 rower last night I’m going to up my aerobic work.
