The way he just manhandled and dominated Mitchell at the end and secured the arm triangle from the upright position after softening him up was very impressive.

Not just the wrestling but also how his boxing heavy style makes him likely to get hit by knees, head kicks and taken down and rag dolled because he needs to be close to do damage.

Islam probably landed one headkick in his life. And landing high knees is rare.

I don't give Ilia good chances here, but not because of the striking. Islam is bigger and a dominant grappler. His striking also works.
