Mark of the Year SRS dropped a report a few minutes ago after getting asked about this.

Said he hasn't heard anything about Bobby or Shelton refusing to lose to anybody.

Hurt Syndicate pitched losing the tag titles to Swerve and Ospreay, but that got derailed by Ospreay's injury.

Said the Hurt Syndicate pitched dropping the tag titles to a young team to put someone over instead of dropping them to a team like FTR.

No issues between MJF and the Hurt Syndicate.

The only thing that was true is he heard MVP really doesn't like Speedball

Yeah I don't even understand why there's talk of them losing to begin with. Their next opponent is "tournament winner" at Forbidden Door and by the time the tournament is over, there's only gonna be maybe a week of build.

Even if the rumors were 100% fact and true, why in the fuck would the locker room even be talking about them losing when there's been nobody for them to properly lose to. Even if they really did turn down losing to FTR, when was there even supposed to be a build with FTR, FTR has been busy with Cope, The Outrunners, Garcia/Nigel, but they were also supposed to fit in a build to beat the Hurt Syndicate for the tag titles too?

Tag titles have been booked like shit forever. It's always just random throw away title changes with no build and it seems like that's what the people are still begging for lol
