A snippet of his stream, Riho, and a blurred out Adam Cole playing Street Fighter 6 could work lolI hope it's just a video of Kenny Omega all sweaty lifting weights personally, Azazel.

Same people agreeing that it's bad for AEW to mention it are the same people who think Dijak and Grayson Waller mentioning it is hilarious. I really don't get where the line is drawn. No, Azazel. It's OK for everyone to mention it but AEW.
Fair enough. At least you're consistent in your view.Hmmmm that's a good question. I guess I'm neutral to Drew doing it. On one hand, he's using it to make Phil look bad in their fued (which Punk does look bad imo). On the other hand I think it also applies to wwe - I don't get why you'd want to draw attention to something that happened in another company when you now employ a guy looked like a jackass.

Is everyone actually convinced they're showing the Punk footage then? I'm really not

Bottom line, I just hope he sent a text to Cody on Monday morning that was along these linesIt's really just people who don't like Tony Khan. That's what 95% of it comes down to. Everything he does will be scrutinized. And TBF he does bring some of the heat on himself. It's pro wrestling, though. It's not that serious lol.
I just want it to be entertaining and possibly build something towards the FTR match. Their last match was good but didn't have much heat to it. Heel Bucks with the EVP gimmick adds something entertaining and new.I want to see it and have no issue with them showing it, but If they don't show it, they better pull off some Martin Scorcese-esque cinematic masterpiece of a story line or I might be #AllOut. This is some Vince Russo level bullshit if they don't show it and whatever they do is some terrible shit for "heat". I watched my beloved WCW rot away from doing that type of bullshit, I ain't trying to watch shit like that again.

Oh fuck yeah. Sign me up.Bucks and Okada Mystery Science Theater 3000 style viewing the footage would be acceptable.
As long as they're building towards the future and not relying on these guys (which is where WCW and TNA have seriously gone wrong in the past) then I think they'll be good. Swerve and Ospreay are good indicators of that thoughI think the thing I'm most worried about with AEW is how many people they have in the biggest positions in the company now are from the shittiest dark era of WWE. The era of WWE when The Elite was pulling up outside of WWE arenas on BTE to make fun of the company. The era of WWE where AEW was supposed to be the "alternative" to it. The people helping run WWE then are the people Tony Khan has recently hired to be his executives lol
I also don't trust a word any of these sites are reporting on the situation like saying it's guaranteed they're showing Punk footage or that Punk wasn't supposed to shoot on AEW in the Helwani interview.
It was so obvious that's what Punk was on the MMA hour for

Then you've got Mariah May right there too. They've done a good job getting away from Britt BakerThey've done great work making timeless toni a huge wrestling attraction.
