I fail to see the difference. Does it matter how you get the weight up? So you call it something different if you pick the bar up off racks than if you pick it up off the floor?

Thats like saying when doing stair running intervals, you have to start at the top....?
 
Uh, a bottom position squat and a normal squat are two different lifts. Why wouldn't it matter for deadlifts, you aids infested monkey?

Plus the form is very different between a deadlift and and a romanian deadlift.

DL
Head up, pull from the floor explosively, "Drag" bar up the legs, extend the hips and squeeze the glutes. Neutral back position at all times, possible slumping or rounding of upper back on max attempts.

RDL
Top Start, Ass back, ass forward, like a goordmorning with the bar in your hands, the bar isn't as close to your body, you don't lower the bar to the floor

Well Pull day's been modified a bit due to a mildly sore hip, so no squats and DL's. Anyways, no big deal. My lower back is already retartedly strong compared to the rest of me so I'll trow in DL's on my leg day.
Now it's: BB rows, Widegrip pullups, Chins, Highpulls and Heavy-Ass Shrugs.
Better?
