Nice. STOP DIVEBOMBING ALL THE WAY DOWN - that could be the reason why I've been feeling increasingly unable to bring my posterior chain into it. If I'm aiming to turn the boat around as soon as I'm a tinge below parallell, my low back and glutes kick in a lot more efficiently.
