My sinuses are feeling a bit shoddy, so I'm gonna throttle off on the cardio. I'd rather feel a bit lazy for a few days than push myself into an infection that'll knock me out of comission for a couple of weeks.

That being said - I will be joining a local gym that is dirt cheap and has a seemingly dedicated powerlifting profile. Then I'll be able to really see where my true 1RM lies. As soon as my bench hits 120kg, I'm gonna try creatine out as well.
