News Aaron Pico is now a free agent.

He is still like 21 years old right? Never ages like that one Brazilian kid.

He just needs a few more warm up fights and he's ready for the big time!
 
The UFC are going to offer him 20K/20k to sign, he will end up in ONE.

Its now or never, still below 30 years old and riding a decent streak (minus the injury).

was there watching the debut and it was quite a shocker. Still, he's still so young, has probably good 6-7 years at a high level.

Just turned 28 and hasn't lost in over 5 years aside from a fluke shoulder injury where it dislocated while he was throwing a punch.

Yep 34/35 seems to be when declines happen, but some are slower than others and he just turned 28 in September.

Definitely can see him as top 5 caliber in the FW division if he comes over to UFC.

Pico will not make 800k per fight unless he goes to boxing or something.


He is an awesome fighters with a few bad losses but tons of potential

Pico also hasn’t beat anyone near the Top 100 lol. Bellator did the opposite of developing him, they started him fast then fed him a steady diet of cans as a veteran.

I think a Contender Series offer is the best the UFC can do for this guy, he’s probably used to making an exorbitant sum beating bottom of the barrel guys. Bring him back down to earth and make him work his way up.
 
Dude came out as hot prospect and quickly got checked and knocked to the bottom of the ladder. But he's done a great job of staying composed and elevating his game. Dude is dangerous and he would be a great fit in the UFC.

Will he? I have my doubts brother. Doumbé teased a UFC move for months only to sign with PFL. Patricio been talking about the UFC for years now, it's only now that he can't get to fight that he's actively saying he wants to go to the UFC. It's mainly negotiation tactics, if they somehow find him fights, he's staying right where he is. He's 37, he's getting paid way too well to risk it in the UFC.

All I'm saying is to take this with a grain of salt, Pico is young so that might come true hopefully. Abdelaziz, his manager, knows how to move the needle when it comes to contracts. But Patricio in the UFC? I don't see it. I'd love to see them sign with the UFC don't get wrong lol, I just have my doubts.

MVP signing with the UFC made me eat crows this year so there's that.
 
It’s now or never, I hope he joins the UFC.
