PFL is holding onto their matching rights, so if he gets an offer from the UFC, and then PFL matches it, he'll be obligated to go back to the PFL.

How soon before Davis makes a social media response claiming that PFL offered Pico multiple fights but that he turned them all down?

I think Pico said he's requested his release and that he will not fight for them again, so it wouldn't be that off if Davis does that.

He has been doing really well. Has gone 9-1 since his last big knockout loss, and the one was a doctor stoppage from a shoulder injury. You could see him trying to pop his shoulder back into place during the round, then his coach seemingly fucked it up worse in the corner. I think it came out he had a broken clavicle or something.

He can’t just sit out if they match it. That’s not how it works. If the UFC offers him a contract, he accepts it and Pfl matches it he’s then under contract with the PFL.
