a rift in the gym

i already fucking got what i wanted from this thread. i was just seeing if it would be traitorish to leave the gym and the overwhelming majority says no. so fuck it if i leave the dojo i will leave guilt free.

No, dude, the overwhelming majority agree that you are a total douche who probably isn't included in outside events because of the reasons listed BY YOUR OWN TEAMMATE. Are you really just gonna pretend that didn't happen? You got called out, bro.

Hopefully what TS gets out of this thread is that he should not be a dbag anymore on the forum or in the dojo. I say that not to be a dick but as helpful criticism. Being part of a group of guys that sweat, bleed and (in this case) bbq together requires that you follow stricter social etiquette than you normally encounter in other circles. If you want to be close to guys you train with, learn how to behave properly....and wash your gi.

Why don't you spend the weekend trying out different coleslaw recipes...once you find a good one, bring that into the gym next week and casually ask if anyone wants some of your coleslaw.

You'll definately get invited to the next BBQ, cos they'll want more coleslaw.

If you don't like coleslaw or if it's not that kind of gym...maybe try potato salad.

f'n hilarious...

This thread ... delivers.

SilverD: I don't know why people won't spar with me during no-gi and won't invite me to hang out after class...

man, i've been "biting my tongue" for quite some time, but i've had enough...

i'm part of this "clique" you speak of...i know who you are! i've been watching you post these stupid, trollish threads, and i'm ashamed that you air our "dirty laundry" to the sherdog world.

so, here's some more "dirty laundry" i'll add to the pile...

1. nobody likes to roll with you because you spaz out like a fish out of water. we've tried telling you that you can't possibly armbar your opponent when you're mounted...it just doesn't work like that.

2. wash your gi, and your mouth...everyday. your gi is brown and rancid like a dead fish, kind of like your game, but dead. your breath smells like rotten asparagus, try brushing teeth with crest.

3. stop talking during rolling sessions...just save it. your opponent doesn't care that your girlfriend cheats on you.

these are just a few reasons why you aren't allowed in our elite circular group of friends....fix that up and see where that gets ya.

A+++! I almost shit my pants, lol!

SilverD(ouche), just quit BJJ and trolling, get a life and fix that attitude, otherwise browse youtube for techniques how to improve your armbar when someone mounts you!

ok. so there are actual stories behind people leaving their fucking gyms and anybody who automatically looks down on "creontes" are fucking innocent fucks that don't know shit. fuck all this emotional blackmail garbage that instructors use as a form of mind control. fuck them.

Dude, you got called out, hard in this thread. Can you please stop tap dancing around all questions directed at you?

Yes he is, this is a classic troll behavior pattern.

But he is mixing real life with trolling. He really has upped the ante here on trolling. i hope he responds to his call out, if not he has no honor.

Don't listen to them SilverD there's a place for people like you ...allow me to take you to a magical land in Azeroth where World of Warcraft awaits

If assholes could fly, this thread would be an airport

I resent this.

I offered some sound advice, everyone likes coleslaw.

If they don't fck 'em, they can eat potato salad....or crudites.

I have a similar situation at my gym, except that the reason there's a separate "clique" is because my instructor and several other students are coworkers, so they often discuss work issues as well as their non-work social outings. I have no problems with this. I didn't join my school to make friends... I joined to get good at BJJ.

if you leave the dojo...you will be making a huge mistake.

please...take my advice here, reach down and grab some sack...man up, son. if you got problems, bring it up before or after class...

also, some kick ass coleslaw couldn't possibly hurt at this point...

Man this thread and your answers are so awesome. I have laughed so hard at worked today I got dirty looks from coworkers and custoumers. Thank you :D

But seriously Silver Douche, if you are anything like your posting history in person, youre going to be switching 'dojos' alot. So man up, follow kimbles' advices and take a look at how you act and treat others. If not , youre going to realize this when you grow older and (hopefully) mature.

we've tried telling you that you can't possibly armbar your opponent when you're mounted...it just doesn't work like that.

This is why none of the other well-intentioned advice in this thread is going to do any good. That approach was a fail with this guy.

What I'd like to know, is how does someone even attempt an armbar while mounted? You mean a straight armbar something like what you would do if you had them in side control?
