A 225 clean and jerk would be pretty solid.
So far I have come up with the following short term goals for the end of the year
Bench 275
Dead 405
Squat 365
PC/Press 185
DB PC/Press 100
Bodyfat 12%
With a long term goal of 1200.
Was DL twice a week cause I couldn't squat to depth. However now I will be doing each once, unless my schedule has me out of the gym for 3 or more days, then its deads twice since that is where my focus is.
Even on my squat days I'm going to try to hit an assistance lift(today was SLDL)instead of an assistance for squat. Thats why I dialed back the goal for squat in the next few months.
