He will grant you 1 unique super power of your choosing.

The catch is that when he says "unique" he means that it has to be a power that doesn't exist anywhere in reality nor fiction. It has to be a concept that you thought of yourself before anyone else.

If you request a power that someone else published in some form first, then you don't get the power granted to you and you lose an inch off your penis length.

He has deemed other Mayberry posters to be the judge of this.

So if I say I want my power to be fast healing, then another Mayberry poster replies with "sorry bro, wolverine has that power" then I lose a penis inch.

If there are additional examples, like Deadpool, then more inches can be lost.
