Gastelum. He is a great Fighter 10-15 but thats that. Look at his record. He only beat old guys and a split with jakare.

Eddie Alvarez specifically in his stint in the UFC. His first 3 fights were pretty mediocre at best. Losing a UD against Cerrone and winning 2 split decision fights against Melendez and Pettis. He did have absolute wars with Porier and Gaethje and his win against RDA was phenomenal, but I don't know. He never really struck out in the UFC.

The only other fighter I've really felt like that about was Weidman - was just never convinced.

Honestly, pretty bad choices so far and the term "overrated" is really overused.

Most fighters deserve their ranking at the time. Just because they fell off later doesn't mean that they didn't deserve their ranking when they were more successful.
