911 tapes: Aborted fetus was breathing

Exactly. You'll sit on your ass posting pics on the internet while expecting others to pay/care for the babies you so righteously demand must be born.

I wish there was a "hide thread" option on this forum, this is literally the 4th or 5th time i read the title and felt sad
I hear you. But at least once it's important for people to read that title to truly understand what's going on with abortion.

I've heard it. Just reading or hearing former nurses say it on video.

And they worked at these clinics? I want to read or hear the stuff you say you have. Otherwise it's unsubstantiated bullshit.

I've banged a lot of nurses in my day, they're a gossipy bunch.

I'll try to find one to post later.

If you have a baby, it's not other people's responsibility to pay for it. Stop being a freeloading piece of shit and take responsibility for your own decisions.

But not enough "value" for you to volunteer to adopt & pay for babies brought to full term then given up. That's some fine virtue-signalling.

Enough value for me to specifically direct a portion of my tithe to adoption groups. You can question my or any anyone's dedication, but are you suggesting that killing them is better then adoption?

That's great in theory. But means sweet fuck all to an actual 16-year-old who can't support a kid financially or emotionally. A 16-year-old you, from your lofty heights, insist should still have the baby.

I never spoke about certain situations but if you want to project your own bullshit on this discussion, go right ahead.

"Certain situations!" ALL abortion situations have their own circumstances. Are, you know, situational. Don't starting implying flexibility here - you bark constant and rigid pro-life bullshit. Of which I've had enough - you're evasive and incapable of answering simple, direct questions, offering only smug non-responses. And as I said, a proper virtue-signaller who talks a good game from the sidelines. Ta ta.

This shit is depressing me.

It just goes to show we can't allow Leftists any quarter; they must not be allowed to triumph, ever, for this is their sick, degenerate "utopia."

Here we go with the "I pay taxes, I deserve a say in everyone's business" dogshit. And calculate that "portion" you're paying for me. What is it, an eighth of a penny?

By your rationale, my tithe pays for roads I've never once driven on but I should still be allowed to demand - because of my self-perceived righteous moral standing - that said roads get rerouted up into the clouds. BECAUSE I'M PAYING!

Abortion vs. adoption is based on circumstance. I don't believe in absolutes. What a novel approach, I know.

If you're gonna force women to give birth against their wills you're gonna have expect some strong social/tax consequences for forcing them to. "bu-but they had sex." Right, the consequences of intercourse only benefited the fertilized egg by bringing it into existence, and fertilization is neither illegal nor negligent (IVF is murder amirite?), no obligations of the actors can be derived from it. None that legally prevent a morning after pill or abortion.

My argument centers around human life, not some trivial bullshit about a woman's circumstance (which, by the way, should be taken into consideration when it comes to her life being threatened). You didn't bother to ask about that before going off on a fucking retarded tangent about "you don't want other people to pay for that child to be raised!" despite the fact I've stated on this forum over and over that I support government programs developed to help out the poor and needy. That being said, you're not entitled to other people's tax dollars to pay for your mistakes. So stop throwing out red herrings and straw men for your stupid fucking argument. You don't even know what you're talking about. Abort your stupidity. You're projecting.

Sperm is not an organism. A fetus is. Sperm is a cell. Like a blood cell or skin cell. If somebody found a drop of blood on another planet it would be an indicator life was there, but the blood itself is not life. An organism is life. You can't "kill" a blood or sperm cell. I mean, if you cut off my finger, did you "kill" my finger? What was killed? lol There is difference between life and being alive. My finger is alive. But it is not "life". I am life. I am still life when living parts of me "die".

Sperm is a Gamete ( has 1/2 the number of chromosomes as that of a normal cell)

it fuses with an egg to form a new organism.

This is biology 101. "Science" as they like to call it.

I think this is where "life" begins..

As far as choice is concerned, I think in 99% of the cases, the choices are many

( I'm ofcourse bunching rape into the 1% )

Here are some easy choices

To wait until marriage or not That's where one choice is made.

To wait until you are ready for the financial burden of a child or not.. That's another choice.

Then another choice, to do it solo or with a partner

Another choice, will it be straight or homosexual sex?

After that, the choice is made whether to use contraception or not

After that, another choice comes into play, what kind of contraception

Then yet another choice comes into play.. To spread her legs / your legs or not ..

All this to say that many people have so many choices before they get to that stage.

An abortion is usually a cheap cope out to save face, and for convenience.

Yes there are "legit" cases that "warrant" abortion.

In many ways it's like declaring chapter 11 bankruptcy but with a life on the line.

As disturbing as this is I'm still firmly in the pro choice camp.

The thing is, and this has never changed, is viability. If a fetus is developed enough to make itself known, and is aware enough to know discomfort/pain then it's no longer just a cluster of cells.

My stance on abortion has always been centered around viability, and the truth of when the egg and sperm mixture become more than its parts. Until we get verifiable answers I'm going to side on the pro choice side.

EdIt: Just because I don't do a great job of clarifying myself after drinking .... I believe the two cut offs for abortions should be viability, and self awareness. Once either threshold is reached, abortion should be off the table.

The question is, how do we know when either of those two things have happened?

It's something I've struggled with as well, and I think despite me relating more with the pro-life stance, our opinions are very similar. Once the fetus becomes close to viability, I think choice is off the table unless the mother's life is in danger.

I know some people who believe life begins at conception, but I can't get on board with that. At that point, it's rapidly dividing cells. I'm 100% behind contraception and morning after pills and I don't really get the anti-contraception argument from fellow pro-lifers.

But at some point, a human life develops. To me, that's the big question. Not the woman's circumstances (unless she was raped, in which case the decision for unprotected sex and a litany of birth control measures doesn't come into play because the decision was forced on her). At some point, life begins, and I think it's a pretty shitty argument to say it only begins at birth.
