It's disturbingly common in North America. I wish it wasn't. It paints a sad picture of humanity.

Common in my Country as well South East Asia.

I see daily gruesome motorcycle accidents being posted in FB, and there was a an incident where Hokien Tourists where murdered by a terrorist inside a tour bus, and the next morning school girls were using the bus as a background for their selfies smiling and fooling around like nothing horrific happened.

i saw footage of people jumping, but i do not ever remember seeing anyone hit the ground. i even remember a youtube video trying to claim that they were not real people jumping.....

Things like this make me worry about the future. At least there are still people who find this behaviour reprehensible.

Its much horrible in my country, in here if you got involved in a motor bike accident the bystanders instead of helping you they will steal your money,things and stuff.

I hope that's more poverty driven than lack of humanity.
