You should go back and watch his UFC run. A lot of fun fights. He left on a good run too. Mousasi is definitely one of the fighters you should check out if you’re just starting to get into mma. He’s well rounded, complete, experienced. Just an excellent fighter all around.

And after being given a huge company push by the ufc in the way of 4 consecutive main events, he went 2-2 and never claimed gold in the UFC due to no ones fault but his own? Unfortunately for him he was beaten soundly by the Dragon, and finished by Jacare in 2 of his 4 main events he was graciously given by Dana and co to begin his tenure with the UFC

I don’t really attach myself to promotions. I just watch the fights. I see mma as one big collective sport. There are a lot of promotions out there and a ton of great fighters. Have you watched ACB before? A lot of great fighters there. Petr Yan came from there. Magomed Magomedov.

Oh I wouldn’t say they are necessarily the best in the world because it’s impossible to tell in mma. But they are certainly up there. I couldn’t find anyone in their respective weight classes that can beat them though. Looking at UFC, PFL, ONE etc, it’s tough to see anyone beating those guys
