Can we finally agree that even PRIME Tony gets mauled by Khabib?

Khabib would've destroyed him. Prime Tony lost the first round and was dominated on the ground by fucking Kevin Lee.

People just needed some ray of hope to root for back then.

And I don't like Khabib at all.
So, because a fighter loses a round to a different fighter means they have no shot at beating someone else? I think you'd better think a bit more, don't have it turn out like your Merab thread

No. He would have won a decision. Prime Tony is celestial

I have to say I agree with him tbh. Lee had a wrestling style but would gasshole like you wouldn't believe and beebz wouldn't gas and had waaaaay better grappling/wrestling than Lee, if it wasn't a finish it would have been a clean sweep imo but aging that's just mo

too bad Tony tripped on a wire the day before the title fight

Khabib would have destroyed him

Well with the way Gleison neutralized Khabib's TD's, I don't think Tony would have much to offer Gleison either. But wait, Tony fought and finished Gleison. I'm not saying Tony flat out wins, just that out of all the LW's that were around when Khabib was on top, Tony had the best shot.

I wonder what Justin Gaethje would say<thisgonbegood>

I think even though we didn’t get to see them fight and the opinions were pretty even on who would win, as time went on and we saw them fight, it’s pretty clear Khabib would have dominated.

Before or after he was saved by the bell?

Justin ended Tony's career and Khabib walked through him like nothing buddeh, no comparison<BC1><WhitmanDefeat>

We'll never know. Any possible result it's just an speculation.
If they had access to all knowledge we have now when they made the odds for that fight Khabib would have been like a -20000 to win buddeh

This is not far off from saying we'll never know who would have won between Khabib and Moicano because they never fought. Odds would for Hooker wouldn't be much worse.

Common sentiment these days is that Khabib was an overrated can crusher with a padded record who quit before he could face any real challenges. So by those metrics it's fair to assume the UFC orchestrated the cancelled fights to protect Khabib from getting terribly exposed by Tone Loc. The trip on a cable and have surgery thing was a total work as well that never added up, Tony comes back in 6 months and wrecks shop against a far superior fighter in Anthony Pettis on the night he should've been destroying Khabib? Come on now. Khabibs whole career was fabricated, the guys he beat were clearly on the take to make him look like this otherwordly grappler who strangles Grizzly Bears in his spare time. Well done UFC, totally believable. The whole thing had already been set up way back when they paid off Aldo to take a dive vs. Conor so they could set up the biggest fight in UFC history and push the less marketable Ferguson (Missouri? Coincidence?? yeah right) aside, it was pure business. Of course the msm talking points paint a totally different narrative but only sheep follow that shit. Some of us know the truth but you have to do your own research.
