I think your calorie restriction is way too much --- which leads to you binging every few days. Either plan high calorie day into your schedule to avoid falling off your diet or raise your daily calories.

Don't over train either.
 
Thanks for advice mate. But I am doing fine, cheat days came from desire for taste.. hard to explain. Just got so sick of eggs and bean sprouts.

Making progress. Didn't realize that I was probably on the verge of 267 when I slipped from the diet.

Training: Walking 1.5 hours, Running - 15 minutes, Weights - 35 minutes.

Day 85: Missed weight-ins.
Strange day, but productive. Slept only 3 hours, so was extra hungry today.
I ate a bit too much, but I think I created good deficit by MMA and walking.
Training: Boxing - went 100% today on padwork, so I assume around 800 calories spent. Walking 1 hour fast - around 400 calories.

Lets cut the crap out - I still want to play 3-5 games per year, otherwise Macbook Pro or Air are almost perfect.

I browsed around : MacBook Pro that can play next gen games on medium-low settings will cost around 3000$.

So... I think I will keep my Mac Air ( Trust me - it's sexier than Pro hah) and get 800-900$ gaming Laptop.
 
Didn't sleep at all today. Damn it. I realized I've been drinking 2 cups of coffee per day, way too much.
As the result I had mad hunger today, I have made good progress, so I let myself have a mini cheat day.

Day 86: 267.6 ( 29.4 lbs lost )
Diet: Around 4500-5000 calories.
Training: Walking 2 hours, active day.

Had some stress with job applications as well. Used my University Connections, and suddenly 3 high level CEOs were exchanging emails with trying to give advice and help get the job I want ( which will be revealed as a big suprise, if I get accepted ).


In other words, I am tired as fck. today.

Training: None.
Diet: Korean Food, 5 protein shake scoops, mango -600 grams, greek yogurt, burrito, and fruits - around 4500 calories.

Also, planning to buy Lenovo 410p ASAP. Laptop is beastly for $800 new. Here are the specs.

Discovered Breaking Bad.
Feels kind of poisoned. Going back to diet tomorrow.
Didn't eat that well today, but honestly I felt I need rest. Will take 2-3 days of no training.
 
Day 89: 273.4
Back to work. Ate healthy around 2000 calories.
Trained 2 hours - intense.
Tomorrow is going to be one of the toughest
 
Day 90: -
Convocation is tomorrow. To slim down a bit, I went completely nuts today, back is cramping up.

The only thing that keeps me sane is that my muscularity is pretty much the same, but midsection definitively got fatter.

Time to work...

Training: Boxing - 2 hours intense - 1200 calories.
Walking - 1.5 hour - 500 calories.

Day 95: 275.0 This morning. Didn't sleep much or very well - was hungry as hell today. Went to dentist again, 3 teeth left to fix. Could barely eat today, but sure as hell tried my best.

Back to YMCA: Upper body , moderate effort - 45 minutes.

Training: Boxing Padwork - 1 hour, Light weights and walking around - 1 hour.
Walking on the street - 1.5 hours.

Day was ok, Overate a little bit with calories, but feel good. Today was an epic thunderstorm, so humidity was 110%. I showed up in a sweater to the gym....almost had a heatstroke lol, but arms were tingling.

Drank lots of water.

NOTE: I am back on Hydroxycut Hardcore. Unfortunately I need help with morning hunger.

Note2: Took too much caffeine today overall. Mad Mad energy, but I can't do that again.

My knees still hurt breh. Can't even jog.

HH is not that bad actually. It works for first couple of weeks in my experience. Curbs hunger and just gives you a lot of energy without any food.

Day 98: 274 lbs. However, I feel bloated and didn't have good bowel movement lately, so swoosh is coming soon me thinks. I am around 3 pounds away from what I've been 2 weeks ago.

Training: 2 hours walking - ~800 calories.
Kickboxing: 1 hour - 900 calories
Kettlebells - 15 minutes - 150 calories.
Holding pads - 30 minutes - 150 calories.

Sleep was messed up yesterday, the HH was working even when I woke up at 3 a.m. since my cheeks were burning and I had a blush on my face. That won't change the caloric balance much, but lets hope it will speed up my fat loss.

Day 99: 271.5-274.4 lbs , the scale was messed up.

It is getting tough..I lost sleep completely tonight, was like a Zombie the whole day. Also lots of stress if job applications.

Anyways, diet:

Note: Taking HH (2) and Vitamins (6 pills).

Was edgy and irritable as hell today.
