Maybe you just dont know what constitutes a war crime. Siege warfare, as it takes place today in both the gaza strip and yemen are war crimes. You're not allowed to surround a population on all sides and starve them or deprive them of necessary resources. Moving settlers into a militarily occupied territory is also a violation of international law.

The fact that the palestinians in gaza dont even have the ability to leave during times of warfare is a human rights violation.

Where did you reference the criteria for modern siege warfare? I suppose the Geneva convention? I haven’t seen it specifically called siege warfare but I know what you mean. You can reference I believe the Goldstone report where the specific movement of humanitarian goods into Gaza was addressed. I’m almost certain no crime was found.

Israel allows aid to pass into Gaza. It’s worth noting Hamas themselves has for decades stolen and misappropriated this humanitarian aid. This is why at times Israel did not allow aid to pass freely, because they knew where it was going.

I don’t necessarily believe Israel in an evil vacuum decided to increase security to the point is in now. Suicide bombings and attacks have likely been occurring before a bunch of WR posters were born. Unfortunately that byproduct is a bunch of shitty security measures imposed heavily upon citizens who are likely just people trying to live.

Certainly Gaza is worse than the WB, there’s also a shitton of Palestinians who live decently throughout the region.

My real focus is just because civilians are killed that doesn’t equal a war crime. War obviously will result in civilians dying. Especially in dense urban areas, where military sites are in the blocks where civilians live.

If that wasn't what you were referring to than I think its pretty clear that the siege in Yemen is not only the greatest current human rights violation, but the biggest current humanitarian crisis on the planet right now.....so yeah....the Saudi government is committing way worse human rights abuses than the Syrian government.....by orders of magnitude.

Without going into the history of it, sticking to recent events; I fail to see how Israel have done anything wrong whatsoever.
