They've offered a two state solution in the past and whenever the Palestinians refused the Israelis have annexed more and more land. They really need to go to the table and accept whatever they can get at this point. He did not agree to the right of return. Many Palestinians who were cleansed from Israel , and their descendants, are languising in refugee camps .

One State is really the only viable solution right now. There are soo many settlements in the West Bank, that you can't make a Palestinian State there. But Israel is afraid of losing Jewish hegemony, so they keep delaying and expanding settlements. They probably think they can just push all the West Bank Palestinians into Jordan. But that seems unlikely. So they seem to be ok with the status quo of no Palestinian State and gradually expanding settlements.
