We at ALoTOFBS condemn these authoritarian ambitions and continue to call on the war room to collectively vote against these remaining candidates. They are feeding into the extremes of both sides and not suited for the unbiased enlightened voter. There is still hope to end this joke of an election. Is the goal here to be PotWR or bet thread champion? Can you serve two masters seeking two prestigious titles? How can you serve the masses while also trying to bet and punish them with your BTC knowledge?

There it is again folks. A politician trying to seek insider access and authority of those he is in competition with. How is this not a conflict of interest? I believe Andy is in the same situation with open bets. Do you really want the PotWR to have prior agreements in place with reputations stakes? What is they lose and have to do an av of a very frail looking guy. That av would be a reflection of the entire subforum. How could these candidates not have steered clear of unforced errors like this if they had higher ambitions of this office?

Gosh, I don’t know about you all but this is why I’m voting other. They are all corupt, every last one of them.

Surely, as PotWR I could postpone the application of any consequences from any lost bets until after my term. It seems an obvious solution to preserve the dignity of the office no matter what the outcome.

Dunno, I'm referring only to the ones I myself might face were I to lose. I understand and agree the WR should not have a president parading around in some ridiculous costume for months on end, but there's no need for that at all. It's a nothingburger.
