Elections 2016 Super Saturday to March 14th Primary Thread

Who wins the most delegates in Super Saturday? (Pick one for each party)

  • Total voters
    13
  • Poll closed .
Cruz winning big in Maine as well. Looks like the Trump boom might be over, but bad new for GOP it looks like it as replaced by the Cruz boom. Trump likely only wins Louisiana today now, with Cruz taking the others. Ky could be more a toss-up.

This could be a victory that FoxNews can't ignore.

Since Tuesday, their political commentators have been saying the only chance to deny Trump the nomination, is a contested convention. They've been completely ignoring the fact that Cruz's delegate count is competetive with Trump's.

So, Fuck Fox News.

Ted Cruz, the guy who wants nothing more then to sell our public lands to the big private energy and resource corporations. Eww. Give me trump any day.

Just another reason it's so hard to vote republican.

It is because after this week, we move away from the highly evangelical states. Cruz is pretty front loaded in the primary.

Whatever excuse you buy, it doesn't chance the fact that Rubio and Kasich have no chance, other than screwing over Trump and Cruz at the convention. That'd rip the party apart and guarantee a Hillary victory in November.

Cruz is the only chance of a clean delegate victory over Trump, and the media pundits are ignoring that for political reasons.

Even through Trump was up big in Kansas, the result isn't much of a surprise. He got booed badly when he spoke to Kansas voters earlier. Kentucky will be telling bc Trump was up 10+ there as well.

I hope the polls are wrong for Shillary as well. Bernie deserves it WAY more.

I want to pluck my eyeballs out when I think of a Clinton vs. Cruz election.

*BARF*

Cruz takes Kansas, will most likely take Maine.

With 56% in, Cruz now has 51% of the vote.

Never been more proud to be a Kansan. Ever.

Same.

Don't read post #29 if you want to keep your eyeballs and your dinner.

I'm happy to contribute to as many liberal's weight loss as I can.

Hopefully, by the time Cruz wins the general election, you guys will be anorexic.

I'm about out of surprise at this point, but it surprises me that Cruz crushed so hard in Kansas. I thought he might squeak it out at most.

Maybe that debate hurt Trump more than we thought.

I'd say it's a combination of the Super Tuesday results, and the recent debates.

Commentators can say the explaination for Kansas is it's a Evangelical/Conservative state, but that doesn't explain Maine.

Depending on the results of Kentucy, Nebraska, and Louisiana... this could be a huge sign that conservatives across the nation are royally pissed off.

Kansas might get interesting on the Democratic side.

Cool line.

Wanting a reasonable alternative equals liberal? LOL ok. I don't consider a so called constitutional expert, who injects God into his vision for the country, to be reasonable. I guess anything to the left of Cruz is liberal though.

And it's liberals', not liberal's. I'll try to give it to you in the most elementary way possible. When you add an "s" to the end of a word to make it plural then an apostrophe isn't necessary. When it's plural and it's in regards to possession then the apostrophe goes after the "s".

Hopefully, by the time Cruz loses the general election, your ability to utilize your native language will have improved.
