Your take on the Democratic Party appears somewhat shallow (re: "push forward"), I'm afraid. Establishment stars like Kaine and Booker have been instrumental and unyielding in preventing financial regulation, encouraging privatization, promoting bourgeois taxation, engaging in neoliberal war profiteering, and hindering progress in the arenas of environmentalism and labor rights.

The Democratic establishment, comprised largely of failed Republicans as of late, has done very little to progress the platform following its sharp pull to the right in the 90s.

Honesty, I don't think anybody has any faith in The Don at this point. I think many life long Republicans have distanced themselves and hope he loses.

i would prefer no parties. get up there and tell everybody what you have done, what you can do and what you stand for. with parties you just get people up there espousing the platforms they may or may not agree with. trump, for instance, can hardly be considered a republican and that isn't a bad thing. its just a joke when he starts talking about two corinthians because that is what he has to do.
