That was a clear move to capitalize on the Bucs selling for a then record 550M the year prior, despite having the worst attendance and worst record in the league IIRC. They needed to sell a large market team to readjust the franchise evaluations (see the Forbes issues in the years since...) based off the new broadcasting deal.

the game was called egregiously for CLE all game, i don't give two shits about BOS and it was plain as day
