From the looks of how you and other racists are lining up for 2015, I'm sure you'll get to see a lot more of it, provided you aren't banned quite soon, which you probably will be.

Seriously? I just kicked him all over the Thread about the protesters who interrupted a medal ceremony for a 100 year old Vet.:icon_lol:
2014, bruh
2014, bruh
Word. Even the best rookies go through Sophomore slumps.
I stayed out of that thread like it was cancer.
On one hand, the protesters are hot garbage. If you want to change the system, you BECOME the system, fight it from the inside. Become cops, become lawyers, become politicians. Protests are fine because they bring awareness to your cause, but you don't want to alienate the potential people you are making aware. Regardless of the legitimate gripe they had, they did it in the wrong way.
On the other hand, one of the first posts was "I want to call these people names that would get me banned!!!" and I knew that most of the people commenting were the usual racist crowd concerned with white rights and I decided not to chime in with any similar sentiments on that future locked topic.
Bas is doing fine in that thread, holding his own like a martial artist in a bad kung fu movie.
Protesters are idiots tho.....
Yeah - he was Mr Williams and I was Han. I beat him to death and hung his corpse from the ceiling.
Guess he was too busy lookin' good...:icon_twis
In a vacuum I'd agree. But there is a long way to go and many protests to happen before the people who would change the system find their way in. One of the best ways is through learning by protest. It's not that it's the wrong way, it's that it's one way, and happens to be open to all social classes and education levels.

A post that was made by none other than our illustrious mr Templar. The guy who isn't racist.
I agree, you learn of a cause through those who protest.
You should look at that protest and focus on the message as if you would if you saw a large gathering in a large public place--- if you interrupt a fucking World War II hero's medal ceremony, no one is focusing on the message. They're focusing on what asshats the protesters are. Suddenly, the people who may have been able to change the system want to distance themselves from you.
Awareness and good press are a balancing act. The awareness they raised does NOT overcome the bad press they generated.
And once again, a swing and a miss!
I quoted the post you just mentioned, and said,
Agreed. I had to take several deep breaths before I was calm enough to post. What I will say is this; whatever injustices these protesters believe they are fighting against, nothing justifies interrupting a medal ceremony for a man who risked his life time and time again for his country. All these fucking idiots have done is fuel the bile and hatred of, and I'm sure they are too dumb to appreciate the irony, men who share the vile beliefs this Navy Vet fought to defeat.
At no point did I state I wished to make racist comments. Believe me, I can use obscenities that would get me Banned in a New York Minute without ever touching on the subject of race.
Reading Comprehension: if you want to play in the Big Leagues, Rookie, you're gonna have to work at it.:icon_lol:
This. I had to take several deep breaths before I was calm enough to post, "legally".
What I will say is this: whatever injustices these protesters believe they are fighting against, nothing justifies disrupting a ceremony for a man who risked his life time and time again for his country. All these fucking idiots have done is fuelled the bile and hatred of men who, and they are almost certainly too stupid to appreciate the irony, share the same vicious, racist beliefs that this man and millions like him fought so hard to defeat.
Frankly, I'd like to take these mouth-breathers, and an equal number of White Power idiots, lock them in a room and let them fight to the death.
While that all is true for certain people, it's not true for those who would interrupt such a ceremony in the first place (though most probably didn't know about it). If people can look at what they did and learn from it, good. The side opposing protest will always find something to complain about, without exception. The protest will always face the police state, without exception. I'd rather people learn from the peaceful NYC protests than this one, but it's all moving a cause forward.
So in your conception only a small fraction of the population will be in a position to make a difference and the rest of us should just sit it out? Or can we all be cops, lawyers, & politicians? You left out billionaires. They change the system all the time. We should become billionaires too. :icon_chee
