So is El Sharaawy still injured? Just last year he and Balotelli seemed like the future of Italy.

I haven't heard anything about those other forwards, Immobile, Destro or Insigne.

He's just coming back, but he's clearly been out way too long to have a chance at the squad. No doubt when he's on his A game he would make the grade.

The other 3 you mentioned are all super young talented guys, all under 24, Immobile and Insigne are both super fast and technically tricky guys and could possibly work with Balotelli, and Destro is a more up front striker and more likely a replacement for Balotelli.

It's Rustlemania at Nasri's GF Twitter.

Croatia, Australia and Greece are yet to make public their lists.

Italy and France looking pretty strong. Should make for some good matches.

She used to be with Freddie Ljungberg by the looks of it. Rat face aint got nothing on the Swede. Downgrade imo.

Saw some link and apparently she's been passed around more than a bong at a college dorm.

Hawt.

And here's Australia 30-man provisional squad. Damn Jedinak.

Also, here's Greece 30-man provisional squad, ready to park the entire Acropolis under the posts.

Now, all that remains is every team starting their camps after Memorial Day weekend (the weekend of the Champions League final) due to FIFA ordering a mandatory break for all players before that date. Meanwhile, by FIFA orders, all leagues and competitions in the world will be put on halt after next Sunday.

The next relevant date will be July 2nd, when all the 32 teams will have to submit their final squads.

Cameroon maybe not, all they have is old man Eto'o and Aboubacar on the attack, and a prayer on defense.

But, and damn I wish I was wrong, those damn Mexicans for some reason are able to turn up to 11 on the big stage. Despite not having their best player, dos Santos and Hern

Seems LOLCANtara got a setback on his injury, is out of the Pokal for Bayern and probably out of the World Cup for Spain.

:icon_lol:

Yeah seems he'll be ruled out.

And even Jermaine Pennant was with Nasri's girlfriend

Holland's squad looks very young, and inexperienced. I'll be rooting for them as always, but it will be a tough task to get by BOTH Spain and Chile.

Germany look like the early favorites to me.

They looked great in EC12, and I think the loss vs. Italy had more to do with Loew's questionable tactics rather than Italy being a superior team. Kroos, Podolski, and Gomez should NOT have started that game. By the time Loew figured that out and put Muller, Reus, and Klose on (the 3 who should have started) the damage was already done.

Well, he took 35-years old Martin Palermo, just because he was his homie and a Boca idol. He wasn't picking the best squad, just his pals and people he liked.

BTW, Palermo's biggest claim to fame was botching 3 penalties in the same match, vs. Colombia at the '99 Copa America.

That or when he broke his leg. When the wall fell on him after a goal.

Palermo breaks leg during goal celebrations: http://youtu.be/

Plus Zanetti and Cambiaso snub was the most retarded thing Maradona did as a coach.

Might be blocked outside of UK, but not a bad interview. I don't want Rooney to start if I'm honest, Sturridge offers more of a threat up front.
