Any of you guys watch this shit? It's weirdly addicting. To summarize what it is, activist go somewhere publicly accessible, like a post office for example or police station, and film the government workers and anyone else near by.

As it's public property they can not be asked to leave if they aren't committing a crime, and filming people in public is a 1st Amendment protected right.

But people absolutely lose it over being filmed. The police are called 100% of the time, only to be put in place by the activists. Can't ID or lawfully detain them if there is no crime.

I'd link some but on phone. Just type in 1st Amendment Audit and thousands come up.

Soooo...

1st amendment trolling.

It's not trolling. If you don't use your rights we lose them one by one.

It's shocking how many people think they have an expectation of privacy in PUBLIC

but you get weirded out when people stare at you most likely. are you not allowed to be weirded out if you're being filmed? and there ARE restrictions in some areas like federal buildings to filming.

I get it, I would not want to be filmed either. The thing is though these people call the cops and then usually the cops try to lie and tell them they can't do what they are doing, when it's completely legal. That's a problem.

Some of the videos I've seen people have been unlawfully detained for an hour or more when the only "crime" they are suspected to have committed is filming in public. That's a real problem.

These days we can not let our rights slip even an inch, even if you think it's a silly cause.

A 1st Amendment stream should be placed in the DMVs, USPS and public schools.

Most inefficient workers in existence.

Filming teachers who get tenure should be mandatory. Lazy fucks stop working as soon as they know they can't get fired.

You brought up another point I forgot. These government workers are OUR employees. We pay their salary, as lame and played out as that is to say. We have every right to film how our tax dollars are being utilized.

mehh. i think it depends on the place and the context. in some places, it could be illegal, depending on why theyre filming and what theyre filming.

but yea, there are times where some people will pretend that there's a law like this, when there is not.

Regardless of how you feel watch some of the videos. It's entertaining
