Law Gun Control: A Global Overview

@My Spot

I carry hornady rounds in my 29 as my non range ammo

Am I really shooting 10 mil or am i shooting glorified 40? They function well in the gun and from what I was reading they performed great on gel ....but I also keep reading unless you are rocking buffalo you aren't really shooting true 10 mil
I don't know shit about 10mm but I like Gold Dot or Federal HST for 9mm carry rounds. This chart may help things.

I've always liked the big boys and since that's where I started I've developed the grips and flinch resistance and all the skills required to carry a gun with a bit more recoil with confidence.

I think there's also a little of the punk thing still in me where if everyone carries a 9 I gotta be special. I don't think 10 mm is as bad as a lot of people like to talk about it unless you are firing the hottest of the hot. I can Mozambique with most rounds I've shot without any issues.

First thing I said to my buddy when I fired my first 6 out of that .44 is " I want this in a glock"

I seriously love my glock 29 and I do not understand why more people don't agree with me about how awesome it is. Only complaint is I would like a bit more in the grip. Finger plates aren't a bad solution but every once in a while you get pinched real bad and it hurts like a son of a bitch when that happens.

You're an absolute brute.

Chris needs 10mm for all the grizzly bears roaming the streets of Michigan.

I love glocks ..... but I kind of dont feel like they have really made anything new to wow the gun world in a minute.

Hellcat is a cool little gun and glock should make themselves a version of it

And they still havent made my medium framed 10 either and I still very much want one.

Does sig make 10 in medium ?

I don't think there's any doubt Glock has been sort of resting on its laurels for quite a while now. It is still enjoying the enormous benefits of first-mover advantage with striker-fired polymers to this day and has a very loyal customer base.

The 2A explicitly says that arms are for militia purposes, it doesn't mention personal defense.

Article 2, S.26 of the Arizona Constitution does, lol.

The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain, or employ an armed body of men.

That contradicts the 2A which states the right to bear arms is to allow for militia.

It's impossible to have a "militia" if you can't organize, maintain, or employ and armed body of men.

I saw something the other night that claimed that US citizens own about 800 million guns AND all the militaries of the world own a combined total of 100 million guns.

If I want a 40mm Bofors cannon with incendiary rounds to blow shit up on my farm, I should be able to walk over to my local gun shop and order one in.
Fuck that.

Your local gun store should keep it in stock.

We have more guns than people but 800 million sounds WAY too high.

Arizona believes it is the Grand Canyon State and its Wild West attitude is that it will do whatever the fuck it wants. AZ ideology puts forth that keeping and bearing arms is fucking stupid and senseless if not for the use of personal defense. The second clause is more geared towards prohibiting corporations from forming their own paramilitary death squads.

Biden called the impact of machine-gun conversion devices – weapons that have the power to transform a handgun into a fully automatic firearm – “devastating”.

Gee, how about your DOJ starts prosecuting since that's already a law punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to a $250k fine?

Might even be reality that 800m might be and why not.
Some does have collections, some doesn't bother to sell old gun when they purchase new one if old gun is cheap and why to bother fill extra papers, better just to put in box somewhere.
Etc reasons.
Ofc also illegal stuff and they will not gave them up or admit that they does have....why to make extra problems?

So like we've always said . . . try to actually enforce existing laws. What a concept.

Anyone who thinks she won't go after guns is stupid. There are other videos worth watching in the thread below.

You can't do that though, because like the DA who let the Michigan State University shooter plead down - felony gun laws aren't "fair" to a certain part of the population.
