Who the fuck cares? Motherfucker was smart enough to order his barber to get him that fancy haircut, he should have been smart enough not to kill innocent women in traffic.
It was no accident, it was intentional murder.

I don't get the obsession with rehabilitating the person who fucking killed someone. The court proceedings should be about punishment and protecting the public. Lock the sack of shit up forever. Or until they're too old to do anything like that again.

Yup. At 14 I knew full well what I was doing. I knew how to out smart my parents at every turn and get away with crazy shit. I was nearing the peak of my dasterdly abilities which reached max potential at about 18. This "kid" knew exatcly what he was doing and should indeed be served as an adult. They always say, kids now are so much smarter and ahead than we were... well there you have it.

There is no reason for this kid to see the light of day. The family deserves justice and he's going to be a threat to society, whether it's 6 months from now, 15 years from now, or 60 years from now. That said, we have a significant problem in the equal application of justice. Judges shouldn't just be able to give a stiff sentence to someone, and then turn around and give a softball one to someone who does something equally as bad or worse. Judges have way too much unchecked power and the justice system is an absolute mess.

Her head wasnt blown off.
She died a few days later. I dont know why they have to try to make it sound worse than it already was.
