This. They murdered an innocent person for no other reason than their own sick enjoyment. They can never be rehabilitated from that level of evil. The only choice is between locking them away until they die, which means decades at the expense of the taxpayer. Or putting a round each in their heads and using their organs for transplant, AKA, "a Beijing Special".

Option 2 is quicker, cheaper and more efficient.
