Card would not have been scrapped. This is the ESPN era, WME knows there's still enough hardcore simps who will watch any piece of shit card with UFC branding on it. Their only care is fulfilling the contractually agreed upon amount of events.

Exactly. WME is watering down cards and oversaturating the market to make that $4 billion investment back as quick as possible.

I watch every event, have been for many years now. I remember back when they had the prelims that weren't even aired and you knew every fighter on the card, including the unaired prelims. No I watch and I don't recognize over half the fighters on the event.
