Goats don't get slept in 13 seconds.
GOATS who get knocked out also got rematches. Don't quote Aldo's cliche "anytime anywhere" please.

Top ten yes, you could argue top 5 no doubt but he got KO'd in 13 seconds in the biggest fight of his career. It's a stain that'll never come clean.
Never thought I’d see “The Notebook” mentioned on Sherdog

Aldo ducked fighters? you stupid dude.
While I'm not sure the 13 second loss changes too much in regards to where Aldo already stood, but how can you ask a cliche common question and then refuse to accept the cliche common response?
I would have been interested in a McGregor Vs Aldo rematch at some point for sure. Conor finishing it so quickly kind of writes off a lot of questions that we wanted to see asked. But just because Anderson got to fight Weidman in a stale division again doesn't warrant anything. Also, where is this even coming from? Two instances where Anderson got to fight Weidman and GSP got to fight Serra? What about Fedor?
Jose Aldo is the GOAT because he is the the only GOAT candidate:
1. To have won a fight during the USADA era.
And
2. Not get popped for PEDs.
He's also tied for 3rd all time with 9 title defenses in arguably the most stacked and well rounded division (FW) in MMA history.
Aldo has the best resume of all time and has the best 2 wins of all time in Frankie 2X. Frankie Edgar is a top 10 GOAT and one of the most consistent and well rounded fighters ever and Aldo dominated him 2X.
Jose Aldo is the GOAT.
What Aldo said was cliche bro. I think you misunderstood me. Aldo's cliche. Anyway, Cain got his rematch too after getting knocked out by JDS. Other than Anderson breaking his leg in the fight, all the champions retained. I think Aldo should have been given the opportunity. What warranted the rematch was what Aldo had already accomplished in his career and that he was mentioned alongside GSP and Silva. I get what you mean about Fedor but that's outside the UFC environment.
