Okay guys I am a big fan of Connor but he still needs a way to go to beat Aldo as the GOAT. At the moment right now I have in below Aldo, GSP, Fedor and Silva at #4. Jones is 2x's cheat and doesnt belong here. So this is your chance to state why Aldo is the GOAT. Lets do this.

Top ten yes, you could argue top 5 no doubt but he got KO'd in 13 seconds in the biggest fight of his career. It's a stain that'll never come clean.

At 32 years old GSP and Andy we're still dominate champions.

At 32 years old Fedor was getting submitted by Werdum, having his head bounced off the mat by Big Foot, and getting KO'd by MW's

What's the average lifespan for hw fighters compared to lighter classes? When did each start fighting? Answer those first before using 32 as a magical benchmark.

Almost right TS.
1:Fedor
2:GSP
3:Silva
4:Aldo

You hear that guys? This our chance he said so don't blow it. Truth is Conor is just better than him. Ko in 13 seconds, Aldo turned down a rematch, rubbed it in Conor's face when he lost to Diaz which is dumb because wouldn't you want the guy that beat you to be successful so you know you didn't lose to a bum, pretty sure he also refused to move up for the 155 title a few times, something Conor did immediately and took that too.

You created the thread, you should state yours first...

He has arguably the best TDD ever and it is even more impressive when you know he is not a wrestler. Lethal kicks, and very good boxing.

FW GOAT, indeed.
Definitely TOP 10 GOAT imo.
If he finishes his career at a decent point (not going the BJ route), maybe he can be around TOP 5 ou 6.

Man, I agree that the 'anytime, anywhere' callout was stupid, but he was clearly trying to rub the loss on Conor so he could get his rematch. Also, there are reports that he tried to fight for the title at LW while keeping his FW, and was denied.
You don't need to hate so much dude

Goats don't get slept in 13 seconds.
After a decade of being the champ and then rushing in against a counter specialist on emotion, that loss hardly defines his career.

Never been a fan. The guy fought once a year. And like Conor said made a living beating up manlet wrestlers with best TDD in MMA. Soon as some solid rangy strikers came his way (Conor, Max) he was exposed like Conor is fixing to be should he face Tony or Khabib.

1-2 record with 2 stoppage losses since USADA showed up.
