Nah, I've been doing the arm-ageddon routine twice a day for 6 weeks and now I have guns so big they're now classed as artillery.

You need to incroporate some more burn out sets to really get that pump going. Don't lock out at the top of anyhting either, that will take all of the tension out of the target muscles. Other than that, super program!
 
More reverse curls, and you can get a serious pump going like this guy:
