Haters can hate but I still think Conor did better in Boxing then Floyd would ever do in MMA.

I worry about people's opinion on my favorite fighter so much. So much that I feel like I need to make a thread. It's because I'm insecure.

The delusion in this thread is fucking hillarious but I bet it's all the same goofball that said Conor ko round 1

A mixed martial artist has more skills in the various forms of MMA than a pure boxer? Impossible!

& that backs up TS point

I don't know why (out of nowhere) he made it, but just bc Floyd took it easier on Conor than he could have, that doesn't make @ClosetVitorFan point incorrect

Nothing worse than the BETA male coping mechanism of finding silver linings...

Here’s the cold TRUTH:

The Irish Manlet escorted himself and his sport out to a high bidder (a 40 year old 145’er) who proceeded to make him look silly before putting him away with relative ease when he actually started trying.

And? Conor still did trash in boxing. His punches were nothing. If he was to fight a boxer who was out there actually trying to fight, he'd have been destroyed.

Hence why Floyd would never fight anyone under MMA rules. I think Conor did pretty damn good in his first pro boxing debut against the p4p boxing goat. Even if Floyd carried him a bit. (Which who knows, I think Floyd knew Conor would lose steam after 4 or 5 rounds, could have possibly finished Conor earlier)

I would be interested just to see Floyd at 10th planet just rolling for fun. See how well he could grapple. Even if it's just for fun. He is an amazing athlete and I imagine him picking it up fast even at his age.
Haters wanna hate.
Huggers wanna hug.

Lmao ooos

All good
I love that vid so it gave me an excuse

I remember I saw a skit do a goof on that with "Jimmy Five times"
The guy said "get the papers" 4x & started to leave then realized he only did 4 & came back for the 5th lol

Conor did better against Floyd than Aldo and Eddie did against Conor

<seedat>

Nope floyd would do just fine esp give his work ethic and the cash hed have ti get the finest training

yeah, and Chris Froome probably wouldn't win a lot of triathlons.

pretty stupid point, overall.

That's just a fact. PBF would get knocked into Bolivian within 2 minutes

Floyd in his prime is an A+ level athlete, he's literally the highest grossing pro athlete of all time. 6 months training is all he needs to destroy anyone in MMA at his weight class. Basically he can spend 3 month training grappling, which would allow him to become better than Khabib, and 3 month training kicks, which would allow him to become better than Barboza. Add those 2 to his hands and master ring craft, which by MMA standards might as well be witchcraft, and he'll be completely unstoppable.

Well he does have very little chance without training. A+ level athleticism doesn't give you automatic success, you still have to train hard for it. What A+ level athleticism does is speeds up the developmental process tremendously, especially when you're competing against C/D level athletes like those in MMA.

Also, if we're talking about current times, like over the last 2 years, then Floyd is already too old to be A+ level
