FBI assessing another Trump / Russia collusion dossier

You understand the NYPD was threatening to come out as they had Anthony's laptop.

The IG RIGHT NOW is investigating if the FBI sat on the evidence

Okay you want to play this game?

Why didn’t the “secret society” leak the fact that the Trump campaign was under investigation at the same time Clinton was getting hammered for corruption?

The Russia investigation started in the summer of 2016, and it was Obama’s decision not to make it public.

If they were trying to subvert democracy and bring down Trump, why did they stay quiet and keep tarnishing Clinton's image through public statements and leaks from the NYC field office?

If the FBI was trying to rig the election for Clinton, then they should be disbanded as an organization because they’re clearly too incompetent engage in basic critical thinking exercises much less investigate and solve major crimes.

this is the same evidence that they said had nothing to do with clinton right? so they sat on evidence that had nothing to do with clinton.

This whole article is based "according to a source familiar with Strzok's thinking."

Really? You want us to believe that? In contrast to the actual text messages that we can read, you want us to have faith in an anonymous mind reading source?

The fuck?

The sources are internal FBI emails, one of which was written by Strzok himself.

How did you possibly take that one sentence out of context when the first line of the article mentions the emails with the link to the PDF and there's a video that at the top of the page which starts automatically that also mentions the emails?

Jesus. Why are some people so afraid to find out what the FBI was up to?

And lol at people taking stock in an agency pushing against having its laundry laid out

Simple FBI. If it's untrue tell us how so
Why are some people so afraid to find out what Trump and his team were up to?

And lol at people taking stock in Trump and company pushing against having their laundry laid out.

Simple Trump. If you're not guilty of anything let the FBI waste its time, then laugh at them and enjoy the victory.

Strzok drafted Comey's letter to congress. Can you really infer from that anything more than Strzok being tasked with drafting Comey's letter? Can you really infer that this drafting means it was Strzok's idea to write the letter in the first place? I guess you can, if you believe a source familiar with Strzok's thinking.

Strzok was also tasked with drafting Comey's letter closing the Clinton investigation, and he changed "gross negligence" a legal term to "extremely careless" a non-legal term.

There is a lot of damage control going on in Washington ahead of this pending memo release. You can choose to believe whatever you want, but there is reason to remain highly skeptical of anonymous sources that clearly have agendas.

1. The crux of the article didn't come from an anonymous source. It came from verified documents.

2. I've asked this question multiple times, and I'm still waiting for an answer:

If they were in the tank for Clinton, why the fuck didn't anybody in the FBI leak that the Trump campaign was under investigation before the election?

They had no problem leaking negative info about Clinton to Republicans like Giuliani. Why didn't they try to publicly tarnish Trump's image? What's the point of engaging in a conspiracy to bring him down as POTUS when they could have potentially prevented him from getting elected in the first place?

1. the article contains both a primary source document, and an anonymous source familiar with Strzok's thinking who tells us what to make of said document.

2. I don't think anyone would suggest the entire FBI was in the tank for Clinton, but these two, Strzok and Page, clearly were, and I don't think anyone who has looked at many of their text messages would dispute that. To answer your question more specifically, the Clinton investigation included a congressional inquiry, wherein Comey said, under oath, that he would let congress know if anything more came up. Then Weiner's e-mails came up. Strzok sat on Weiner's e-mails for three weeks before someone apparently realized that Comey had an obligation to let congress know.

Now, why would the FBI not leak that Trump was under investigation? We have to enter the realm of speculation to answer that question, but there are multiple possibilities. It could be because there was no congressional inquiry as there was with Clinton. It could be because they did not yet have the evidence they were looking for and did not want to tip Trump off. I could keep going with more speculative possibilities, but what would be the point?

This memorandum complied by an independent investigator with own personal sources has already been examined and parts of it verified.

must not be much domestic high level crimes occurring now, amirite

if this dude actually got pee'd on i'm not sure i'll ever stop laughing

Wasn't the actual story that he paid the hookers to pee on each other or on the bed?

I never really paid much attention to it.

neither did I, not the specific details anyway

that actually makes more sense haha

The official word from the KGB is that Trump was told Obama had slept in that bed, consequently Trump paid the escorts to urinate on the bed as a form of disinfectant.

Or a forum/blog post, which is essentially what this and the first dossier were.

If a Sherdogger made a forum post "Trump got pee'd on in sex tape", it would have the exact same credibility as either of these dossiers.

And yet, the FBI doesn't investigate Sherdog forum posts.

A real head scratcher, that...

I have a dossier which alleges that Hillary Clinton got DP'd by a couple of donkeys in tijuana while Bernie Sanders sat in the corner. Watching.

Prove it wrong, democunts.

Who is afraid? I'm all for everything being public
