I've been around the world in the Army and around a lot of people over my 36 years and non black people in general don't give a shit about black people. Meaning that they don't usually have a pre-based opinion good or bad.

That doesn't mean there aren't racist pricks out there, but the it's a very very small minority of white people these days. From my experiences it's usually the other way around with the POC generalizing white people.
