It kinda is, because it sounds like her memoir had a concocted rape story, rather than a concocted "not rape" story. But her under oath story is still that she was raped.

I suppose you mean rape and not are accusation and agreed although in this case it would be more of a civil matter because she's committed libel against him but hasn't caused him to be charged/convicted of a crime.

That said, sounds like he's got way bigger issues that pursuing a defamation suit against this crazy bat.
