Maybe this time the charges and (hopeful) conviction will stick. But they're going to have an uphill battle.

I believe this is case is only a civil suit. There will not be a conviction or any criminal penalty.

No one is pro rape, stop being such a tard all the time. I believe conviction of a crime should be based on more than an accusation. You would too if you weren't playing Miss Virtuous on the internet pretending to be so enlightened. You say dumb shit and have the gall to act righteous about it. You wouldn't stand by this at all if it were someone close to you being accused of something that supposeldy happened 35 years ago and you know it.

Someone close to me suggested I should bring forward my account that happened 30 years ago but I won't because I know people like you will side with men always. It's what people like you do. And Sherdog is like that so no shock there, always the women or in my case 15 year old girls.

Why not report it when it happened? Same question for all his accusers. The guy is almost dead and now everybody is coming out against him.
