Dolan wouldn't score any political points by saying the ACA is a start, and he's going to dramatically amend and improve -- he needed political points by saying it's a total disaster and repeal and replace.

The Republican Party unfortunately produced two absolute retards in Sarah Palin and Dolan Trump who had to dramatically exagerate the horrors of the road Obama started us on, to pretend it is a murderous, complete failure. Literally "death panels". It's amazing how stupid people have to be.... but I will give Dolan some credit, I do actually believe he cares more about the health of ordinary American citizens than Palin did, and even most people around him.
